Pontaddulais show

Lis and I had a great time at the Pontaddulais show last Saturday. We took part in the Swansea & District Beekeeping Society’s stand and did five sessions in the bee tent where the public dress up in beekeeper suits and get to see a hive being opened up at close quarters. There seems to be an endless interest in beekeeping and quite a few people have signed up for the training course next January. Lis was in the sales tent picking up ideas on honey sales.

And we had time to look around the displays of veteran agricultural equipment and handcraft stalls.
